Lesson 4 definitely gets a lot trickier. It starts off with a great little practise excercise. Even though the first two bars only repeat or loop once, play it as often as possible to develop good technique and timing.
From there things get quite a bit harder as there is a real mix of 1/8th notes, 1/4 notes and their rests so practise small sections at a time, even if it takes a week or more for each section. Listen hard to each bar and count out loud and carefully.
When you are confident with the sections you have worked on, practise playing the whole chart until you can play it easily without any mistakes. It will depend on how often and how long you practise for. Setting a time each day to practise will give you the best results.
