Starting from where we left off in lesson 7 with sixteenth notes, being the repeat exercise at the end, it's an excellent exercise to practise and can be used in many ways to improve your co-ordination and technique, so it's recommended that you practise it regularly and at various speeds.
As you will notice in lesson 10 it starts with another 4 bar practise exercise and ends with a another 4 bar and a 2 bar practise exercise. This chart also contains a lot more semi-quavers (1/16th notes) with some more whole, half, quarter and eighth notes rests to keep you concentrating.
